Domaine Parigot

Established in 1957, the Domaine Parigot is located on the Côte de Beaune in Meloisey, north of Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, Saint-Romain and Pommard.

Alexandre Parigot with the support of his father Régis Parigot, run the 18 hectares estate and are the reference on several appellations that they vinify in the purest Burgundy style: Haute Côtes de Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Volnay and Pommard.

Ever since Alexandre Parigot took over the family estate, he set out to refine his style as a winemaker and create wines full of finesse and precision and quickly become a regular among the favorites of the Guide Hachette des Vins and Revue de Vins de France, recognized as an excellent value for money Bourgogne producer.

Adept of lutte raisonnée, Alexandre spends most of his time in the vineyards where he learns to understand the need and potential of each of his plots of vines. Harvest is done by hand when a rigorous selection takes place both in the vineyard as well as in the cuverie.

More recently they also present Meursaults of high quality served in the greatest Parisian palaces: in Crillon and the Peninsula etc
