Intense, complex bouquet of ripe citrus fruit (grapefruit), peach, honey and dried fruit, along with a toasted note.Full and silky on the palate, mature and ample with notes of vanilla, toast, butter and tropical fruit. Great length.


First Gérard Bertrand's estate to be cultivated with biodynamics methods by Gerard Bertrand for more than 10 years.Cigalus is now a standard of the biodynamic wine of the region.

The vintages 2014 has been awarded by the most prestigious magazines (Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast) and listed on Business Class by Emirates and Air France.
All the work in the vineyard and in the cellars is driven by a calendar based on two celestial objects : the moon and the sun. The vines are thus in equilibrium with the soil and are therefore able to give full expression of our terroir in the resultant wines.
Yield are very low with an average of 25hL/ha.
